This book had some slow parts. But the mystery and suspense keep you going through the middle. I think the most important to this book is how well the author depicts the truths of moral, racist, and biased people among non-native people but also in tribes themselves. It is a great journey to bring those truths to light while the characters also get redemption and freedoms to become themselves. Good book.
