Really enjoyed this book! It was a bit long and it took a long time to get to the cooking show story line. I feared it was going to end a bit anti climatically, but ended up enjoying the ending and was surprised.
i can not finish this book but i’m almost done with it so i’m marking it as read.
truly just a bad book i don’t understand the hype at all. the main character is so unlikeable. she acts as if she’s above all else and it’s constantly brought up how hot she is. ????
the daughter is so weird and so unbelievably unrealistic. like some of the stuff she says is just not something a child would ever say.
all the characters were also very one dimensional. all the men are portrayed like pigs and all the women besides the main character are like catty (except for one)
the message is just too in the face. would rather have it be more subtle.

I really liked this! At times I almost wanted to dislike the characters, I found some of the dialogue a little far fetched (Mad, especially, since she’s only 4-5 years old) but ultimately I found them really endearing and they won me over. I loved the themes and the way all the threads of the story were woven together. I’m also a sucker for stories told from a pet's point of view, so I especially loved 630.
