I loved the first two stories, especially Sarah Maclean's! I HAD to read it in one sitting to make sure they got back together. Tessa Dare's couple had such amazing chemistry but she always does this weird "her feminine femininity melted at his masculine masculinity as he manned mannishly" that I just haaaaate. The third story was crap and I didn't finish it. It's Home Alone but the "not like other girls" version. Barf. The fourth story I just found dull and couldn't get through it.
Last book was a 3.5.
They all averaged out to a 2.25 LOL so overall not worth it.

It’s hard to really develop a character in a novella.
I enjoyed all but one of these stories. Sorry, Ms. MacLean! I felt like she tried to pack in too much character development into such a short sorry.
I did love how they all incorporated the short bread!

1. tessa dare story was cute and can never go wrong with one of her stories
the other stories were okay but some of the plot points annoyed me and just didn’t make sense in a plot-line.
also yes i know that the problems here are easily fixed and the woman jumps into her mans arms but then again... it seems to easy (like no one cares about the problems and just goes back to their lovers arms because you know love)
