read this a while ago, you know the vibes. none of that stuff helped me in any way,it was just me reading how the writer helped herself through her hardships and what about me?nothing changed

Quick read. Her chapters are easy to follow and flow smoothly. I found some of her points somewhat repetitive by the time I got about half way through, but I would recommend if you want an easy read.
