Devastating. I knew from the start this book was going to break my heart, and it sure did. This one has me reflecting on my relationship with my parents and their relationships with theirs.

A heartbreakingly beautiful story of grief, love, sacrifice, mother/daughter connection, and all the in-between. Be prepared to cry! Also have to say that the food descriptions were fascinating and made me want to try a lot of the dishes! Highly recommend this book, but at a time that you can make space for/handle intense emotions.
