This book focused on Owein, who grew in character as the book progressed. It was a little more serious compared to the previous books in the series, but this worked well. The characters that were introduced weren’t as well developed, but it felt this book was a stepping stone to what comes next. Looking forward to continuing the series.

I have loved every book in this series so far but this one was as close to perfect as possible. I was kicking my feet, giggling, crying, it was amazing. Definitely a 5/5 read.

Also, a note for all of these books, I love how they all set up for the next book fantastically but you could also stop at each book. They end so perfectly that it is truly your choice to start the next one. This book ended so perfectly, I have half a mind not to start the last one, but I love this series so much, I have to see how it officially ends.
