I enjoyed Boy of Chaotic Making more than I did Heir of Uncertain Magic. As always, I loved Owein and I was glad to hear more of his story in this book. Holmberg's writing was engaging and lyrical, making is easy to immerse yourself in the world that she created. The change of location was a nice change from the first two books as well. The new characters were a delight.
as well.

I can't wait to read the 4th book when it comes out!

Overall, this book was such a lovely read. It’s a solid 4.5-star read for me, and I can't wait to see what Holmberg comes up with next!
