Listened to the audiobook while driving from MD to NC. Not my favorite book in the series, but it was still a fun read. Glad I was finally able to get to this one.

I missed this series and it's characters and humour
However I'm a little torn about the whole "prequel to los" thing because some things don't add up as far as I remember
I do adore this series on it's own tho

La humanidad no es una especie cruel y no está destinada a la autodestrucción. Simplemente no tiene muchos buenos ejemplos para tomar como referentes.

Estoy tan triste de que se acabe...(y quiero que Lucy y Em sean mis mejores amigas <3)

I am really pleased with the way this series has progressed from The Tale of Magic to The Tale of Sorcery. This book was the perfect conclusion to all the plot points that have been left opened from book one and two. The character development is really great, and the overall themes of equality and love are really wonderful to read.

Lucy has remained my favorite character, but Brystal and the others have grown on me. Xanthous and Elrik were a really nice inclusion, and I really loved how genuine the relationship read.
