This was a really fast read (I read the majority on a plane) and I enjoyed flying through it. That said, I didn't get very attached to any of the characters and I found the plot twists a little predictable. Overall, I think it's a fun read if you want something quick, but not if you're looking for a ton of substance.

This book took me by storm. Although I was busy with internship stuff, two jobs, and classes, I managed to complete this. I began this in October and just now finished it but the mysterious aspect worked great. I really liked the suspense of the novel in particular, because just when you think you know who it is, the author rips that idea from you and gives you more information. Will definitely be checking out some of her other books.

While there were times the story got a bit slow or too overdramatic, I enjoyed the overall storyline. It talks about the serious issues plaguing our teens and addresses the intensity of their feelings at that age. It’s an easy read and something that keeps you interested because it’s a “who-done-it.”

Rich, monstrous, muderous, conniving assholes - My favourite!!!
The one reminded me a lot of S.T.A.G.S by M.A. Bennett. While the storyline was completely different, there were a lot of similarities in characters. Both books even had a key character named Henry in them.
I was even more excited to read it after seeing the reviews. Rightfully so - It was great. It had so many of the elements I look for in a YA novel, and they were executed perfectly. I never would have guessed who was responsible for Grant’s murder.

I picked up this book simply for the mystery and I really could have done without the romance element. The romantic portion of the book left me angry, as the main character continually did stupid things "in the name of love" as if that makes it all okay. At the end of the book I was again left annoyed as some of the story lines that were introduced to make other characters to look guilty were never wrapped up. The character who was guilty was exposed and everything else did not seem to matter anymore; which was frustrating. There was a lot of potential with this story that I felt was wasted.
