What an exciting novel! It's based on true events and incredibly informative. I never thought I would not only enjoy a book like this, but actually devour it! Definitely worth recommending.

An amazing and complex journey full of first hand accounts. The way the book incorporated larger themes and context, both in England and globally, really gives the book a fascinating lense and some closure at the end.
