I listened to this book on audio and could not put it down. The way Lucy wrote Otto and Walker made it feel like they were soul mates. From their very first meeting, years after they got separated, I could feel they were meant for each other. Their love was so strong, even through all the hard times they faced and the disapproval of people around them. There were a couple of things outside of their relationship that I wish would have been resolved, but it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed this book!

The Wilde family is great and this story was adorable. After Seth moves away before their final year of highschool, he and Otto decide to meet up at college because they’re in love but a few months before that happens, Seth breaks it off with no explanation. Ten years later, both are back in Hobie and looking for a second chance.

I wanted to love this book because it has some tropes I normally love, but it was just....not great. Still a fun read! But the pacing was way off, characters were over the top and I didn't believe the romance.
