All the way around, this book is AMAZING. This is my first book by Koontz, and I'm glad I decided to pick it up! This was a read for me where I responded aloud with laughs, heart pounding out of my chest, as well as crying. A heart-warming story of finding family and protecting those you love.
There's creepy lab experiments, blackmail, assassinations, love, dogs, adventure, and suspense!! It's so much wrapped up in one great book! It's a must read!
