For pure entertainment value I’m giving this 4.5 stars
Was this realistic? No Was this healthy? Probably Not
This was every gay mans (and straight women who are into two hot men getting it on) straight turn gay for you fantasy, and I was fucking here for it.
It’s about two hot firefighters who are best friends and consider themselves straight. Overtime they both have feelings for each other, when one gets into some trouble and is strapped for cash, he talks his bestfriend into doing a bit of gay porn with him.
This book is exactly as it was advertised. It satisfied my need for a hot MM romances after going through a reading slump. It was so freaking hot, and I listened to the audiobook in one sitting.

Dnf really early on. The writing style was so clunky - I just couldn't do it

Whew! This book was so hella hot it should have come with a 'highly flammable' warning. I had the audiobook version and a big kudos goes to the narrator who really brought the characters to life. Griff and Dante were amazing - I loved everything about them from their gentle ribbing of each other to their sexy pillow talk. Oh god, their loving words to each other were extraordinary! Again, I think this had as much to do with the brilliant narration as it did the quality of the writing. Super enjoyable! 4 stars.

Review to come on Booklikes, I'll add the link when it's done.
I really wish that Damon would get back into contemps, I love his writing style, but I have a hard time with sci fi.

This was honestly not all that. The premise definitely had potential, but I was unfortunately not really feeling it.
I did not connect with the characters, and I think it had a lot to do with their completely erratic and inconsistent behaviour. One time they act a certain way, and then another they act entirely different. I could not get a good grip on their personality. It was jarring and annoying.
The language also wasn’t exactly for me and there is a lot of narration rather than dialogue. The latter doesn’t have to be a bad thing, but it certainly made the story more likely to be boring. Which, in this case, it kind of was.
Everything was a bit abstract and although the main character, Griffin, had a lot of feelings, he hardly ever acted on them. He was insecure about every single thing, even though he is apparently the hottest and most amazing person ever.. He just doesn’t know that himself for some inexplicable reason. *sigh*
