Had I revisited the previous books of the series, I may have rated this higher.  However, I didn't and kept getting characters mixed up in my head which ruined the experience.  This was full of action and deeply described everything that was happening all around.  It just seemed somewhat slow to me.

I'm done! Finally! This last one just felt really unnecessary and I am very underwhelmed. I have a lot of angry feelings now, and I should have just wrapped it up with the second one, but I couldn't have known that. This book was just frustrating to me.

Ugh- such a departure from the storyline & characters that made this series so special. I kept listening to it because I hated to give up on this ground breaking author & story but in the end, it was just a disappointing time-suck.
