Classic Emma Chase. Possibly the best of the three Legal Briefs books. Brent and Kennedy were both likable and entertaining characters. A short frivolous read that leaves you happy at the end.

Yes, Emma Chase is now one of my favourite authors. I love her humour and one liners she adds to her books. Yes it is a romance and yes it has spice but I love she can make me laugh too. The ending of this book is great. I think there is a short book to round up this series. Again narrators were good, nice spice lvl, but loved the humour.

“The ride is the only thing that makes the fall worth it.”

I remain super unconvinced the main character isn't a horny teenager who discovered how his dick works two days ago... He managed to fucking sexualize EYE COLOR FOR FUCK'S SAKE! Not to mention how intolerable he was!

This was, hands down, one of THE worst writings and "second chance" romances (if i can even call it that!) i've read. Cringey doesn't even cover it!

Good and male pov

I haven't read a lot of Emma Chase, but this is hands down my favorite book of hers to date. I adored Brent and Kennedy. There's little angst, tons of laughs; an all around light and fun read. I assume this is the last book, and I'll really miss these characters.

This book was cute and loved getting to see a different side of Brent. And easy read and didn’t hate the conflict in the book
