This is a new discovery of an author for me but this book did not disappoint. I was swept away with this book and couldn’t put it down. I ended up loosing loads of sleep last night as I had to finish this book before I closed my eyes. After a heart surgeon looses her first patient on the operating table her life spirals out of control as she questions what went wrong and we discover she also recognises the patient. Even though she did nothing wrong and is cleared by the hospital the new state attorney is determined to make her pay and charge her with murder but does she have an ulterior motive? As she starts to question her own actions it’s a fight to save her career and everything she holds dear. This book is a fast paced and exciting read with a great edge of your seat ending

I struggled to finish. I can suspend some disbelief, but when that disbelief is covered in 5 inches of cheese…OOF. Gets rough to consume.

this kept me intrigued every step of the way. I loved it!!

A few unfinished story lines. 3.5⭐️

Não me convenceu nada este livro..
As personagens irritam, o enredo é super exagerado..
Gosto muito da autora, mas este foi ao lado...
