I'm not going to do a full review on my blog, but I had a few things to say about this! I only gave it 2 stars because the naughty bits were supremely naughty. ;) Otherwise, I probably wouldn't have finished it. The characters were so flat they should have been named Stanley. Blaire's sassy attitude and independence were GONE. What happened to the girl who And Rush was no bad boy, he was a whipped boy. Blah. Also, I wanted to see more I won't be reading the 3rd one, which sucks, because I thought this series/author had some promise with the first one.

Blaire/Cain and Blaire/Grant interaction, or even Blaire/Woods. There was no drama. Cain just got left behind, even though I felt like his love was more pure and honest than Rush's. Grant seems to be falling for Nan, which, ew.hannibalhamlet's review against another edition

Reread and re-reviewed in February 2018.
Still a favourite, I cannot get enough of these characters.
The main characters are still Rush and Blaire only in this book we get alternate chapters in both of these characters POV. Rush is struggling with Blaire going home and honestly all through the book, even though he and Blaire get back together he still struggles with his priorities and misses out on a few important milestones with Blaire. Blaire in this book becomes a lot more reliant on others than she was in the first book, mainly because she finds out she's pregnant pretty early on.
The secondary characters remain to be Woods, Grant, Bethy and in this book I feel Nan is worth a mention. Woods really does come out as a standout character in this book helping Blaire out as much as he could and didn't even once try it on with her. Grant doesn't actually have much to do with this book as the series is gearing up for him to have his own romance story. Bethy is still a great friend to Blaire and though she now has a steady relationship she still goes out of her way to help Blaire in her predicament. Nan in this book is as much a bitch as every but we do get to understand a bit more of why she is the way she is.
The storyline is good and it escalates the series in a brilliant way getting ready for the climax of Blaire and Rush's relationship why still keeping readers interested in the secondary characters who may get the opportunity to step up. The pacing is good and again I have already started the next book in the series.

I'll admit, these books aren't exactly the most esteemed reads, BUT I COULD NOT PUT THEM DOWN

First I have to say that Abbi Glines invented sexy writing. All of her books are amazing and she is an amazing person as well. She said this would be the end of Blair and Rush but because her fans begged her for more (only hours after this book was released) she agreed to continue their story. Amazing! Thank you Abbi!

I absolutely loved every page of this book. The story went exactly as I imagined it would with a few extra twists thrown in. It was worth the extra week wait I read it in one sitting I just couldn't put it down. Can no wait for the 3rd book just hope its not too long of a wait. Well done abbi

Meh. Should have been published with the first book, but it was a fitting conclusion. I actually liked it MORE than the first book but the characters lost their appeal.
I expect that Nan will get her own book next?

5 Never Star’s
Blaire Wynn & Rush Finlay - Book 2
Ok sooo we already know these characters so it’s a nice to dive right back into the story.
Half the book I wanted to spank Rush and the other half I wanted to shake Blaire.
Communication people!!
I do love the angst though. I like how you really get to know why Blaire is so open, it has so much to do with her mom and how she was raised.
Why Rush is so hard to trust, even if he loves with his whole heart he still has a hard time trusting. And that has a lot to do with his mom.
The break down Blaires father has, I was like finally we see he has a heart!
I also want to smother Bethy is hugs and kisses on her face so hard, I love that she was Blaire protector or pit bull as I wrote in my notes.
I can also say I was surprised Woods was so protective of Blaire as well. And what is going on with Grant? Hmm guess I will just have to move on to book 3 Oh yeah.. :D
