This was fine. I feel like some of it laid the groundwork for The Half-Orc's Maiden Bride, and it was good to get the crumb of context for the Aspect & Anchor books where this place comes up.
This might be my favorite book in the Aspect & Anchor world. The timeline was a little hard to follow, but I loved Mathiors’s devotion to Halla.
