This book was 96% world building, 3% plot and 1% character. In another world, where maybe
I am 16, I would have ate this shit up, but sadly it takes more than vicid descriptions of things I don't care about to make me like a book. I will try to read Caraval first to give this series a chance. But, know I am not Kidding when I say, I couldn't be done with this thing fast enough. Reading this book felt like eating your mom's bad-tasting homemade pizza, you have to finish it or she'll feel hurt.
