Hilarious and perfect

This next installment in Jon and Donovan's story was hilarious and absolutely perfect. Loved the adventure, the romance, the cats and the proposal.

Well, Jon and Donovan are in trouble this time they have to get to Vegas and fast (see a problem, yeah, everyone does) to defuse a bomb to take out a hotel.
While in Vegas, Jon has to learn that not everything needs to be done by him. He can ask for help and include Don in all decisions. The Havili clan keep showing us what a true family is, and oh boy, do I love them all the more for it! Another great tale brought to us. On to the next I go!

As much as the last book answered questions about Jon's past, this book starts with a little discord between Jon and Donovan when Jon agrees to fly out to Vegas, which is an extreme danger in itself, but doesn't consult with Donovan about it, even though he knows Donovan is overprotective of him at the best of times. As the adventure goes on, Jon realizes how wrong he was and he and Donovan work on their relationship. Another great story!

I loved this. There was conflict but it wasn’t left to fester. I felt the love everyone had for Jon and his gradual acceptance of that fact. There was tension with the bomb case but it didn’t overshadow the romance. I really enjoy this series and this author!
