i LOVED this book!! personally i’d rate it a 4.6 only bc it put me in a slump for a couple of weeks but after that i couldn’t put it down!! i 100% recommend

A bit of a slow starter but held my interest once it picked up and I wanted to know what the big conflict was between the two main characters. That conflict, however - I'm not exactly sure what I read and if it was what I thought it was.

It took me a while to get into the book. I didn’t loveeee the FMC or how the first 85% of the book hints at the big something over and over again. I did love Elliott though. The ending is both

emotionally devastating (even if partially predictable) and explains why she was with her fiancé, which I was very confused by at first

. Was invested enough to want to finish and the ending bumped it up a bit, though I wasn’t as wrapped up with the story like I usually am with books in this genre.
