"This is going to be the worst Christmas break ever... or is it?"

High School senior, Sophie, is excited to have alone time with her long-term boyfriend Griffin, when her parents decide to spend the holidays with her sister Margot, who is on bed rest. She overhears her boyfriend's conversation saying he wants to break-up with her; heartbroken she flees to her grandparent's house for Christmas break. Her grandmother wants to see her happy again, so her grandmother devises a plan for her very large family to set Sophie up with "10 Blind Dates" by different family members.

I thought this book was so stinkin' cute! It was everything I hoped it would be, and more. I think this is the perfect YA contemporary for the holiday season. This book is a fun, quick read that will put a smile on your face!
I absolutely loved the positive family dynamic that we don't get to see much in YA, and I really enjoyed that this story wasn't only about the blind dates (which was so much fun to read about), but it was about Sophie finding joy and happiness in her life again.
The only downfall of this book is that it is pretty predictable, but a lot of YA contemporary romance are. So, I don't have that big of an issue with it. I would keep that in mind if you're planning on picking this one up.

I received a copy of this book from the publisher in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.

4.5 I loved this book. Loved Sophia's family and how they got so involved in the 10 blind dates. Such a cute story.

It was cute and adorable. It unfortunately didn't keep me on my toes but it was comforting in its own little way. I loved the characters in this book and I love the funny bits in every page. A bit sad with the ending idk why but it was good nonetheless.

No matter what the season is, I devoured this book in 7 hours! It's a whacky but warm fuzzy read with a large family representation and wild blind dates worthy of the holiday rom-com genre.

Absolutely loved this - flew through this in 3 hours... #noregrets! I was grinning from the very first page to the very end. The romance, the family shenanigans, the friendships - it was all utter perfection! Wish I’d read this earlier (like at Christmas) though! Definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a quick, funny, adorable, feel-good read.

Honestly? This book wasn't great. I gave it higher than one star because once it got into the flow of the dates it was an easier read and it was more seamless which I liked. But it was extremely predictable. I knew who she was going to end up with in the end by date three, it was written very amateur and it was just.. not my fave. I have no intents to ever reread it but at least it was a pretty quick read so I could get another book done for the year.
