This book surprised me at how engaging it was! I finished it in one sitting, which speaks for itself. I enjoyed the tense storyline and how it mostly takes place over that one evening with little flashbacks interspersed through the chapters.

It was giving a little cliche, how Damon had killed Dr. Beck and was impersonating him, and how Amy was actually hallucinating outside of the peach tea poisoning, but I am willing to overlook a little cliche every once in a while to enjoy a silly little psych fiction read lol. Also love that she ends up with Will in the end, hope she doesn't kill him!

This was a fun read, I finished it in a day. But I think some topics could have been approached with more detail and compassion. While I didn’t see the ending coming, it was not satisfying either

Cringe plot on top of terrible language and approach to mental illness and people that suffer from them. If you wanna get wasted while you read you can take a shot every other sentence when the MC says "But he's a psycho that hears voices that tell him to kill people!!!!"
