This book was typical for this author. A quick read, lots of twists. However I thought there was so much that was just not believable at all. The fact that her childhood best friend was a patient at the hospital, they both had a psychological disorder, the fact that there seemed to be limited to no security (like ID badge, fingerprint, check in/checkout, idk some way to be more secure) when dealing with students and doctors in a facility. It all seemed not very likely.
