One of my least favourites of the series. I found myself missing Cersei chapters dearly. I think this feels like more of a slog due to being split from the previous book with these events happening at the same time - whilst it’s fun to find out what everyone else was doing it kind of disrupts the momentum of the plot. Anyway it was interesting to hear about Reek (yikes!!!) one more book to go until I’m caught up 🫨

This took me so long to read, I read like 300 pages in a week then got fed up and it sat on my shelf for months. I think because it was the characters I didn’t particularly love I was bored but it still was good plot wise when I was into it.
