Yeah, he is the same guy who kills her whole foster family while she is sleeping because they don't treat her right! And when she wakes up he says,"I’m sorry, Princess. I didn’t mean to wake you."

I wasn't just very much invested in it, despite this book had all my favourite tropes. Roman carried the whole book. Isabella was Unnecessary and Annoying af

Oh, oh, oh, my dark romance loving soul absolutely loved this book! Roman is the biggest walking red flag if there ever was one, and I loved having a front row seat to this story! There is so much wrapped up in this story, but the one thing I absolutely ate up was the obsessed way that Roman was with Bella. No one, and I mean NO ONE, could touch, hurt or speak to Bella without him going absolutely psychotic on them. So. Much. Red(green!). Flag. It was absolute perfection. And the narrators? *Chef's Kiss* J. F. Harding is one of my favs and the way he dived in and nailed every dark, unhinged part of Roman was beautifully executed. Vivienne Larue made the perfect Bella. She embodied her and breathed life into Bella in the best way. I loved their duet narration!

For lovers of all things dark romance & amazing chemistry between beautifully chiseled characters, Avina St. Graves needs to go on your must listen list!!!! Can't wait for more!

Was going well had potential then it just went downhill

I love a obsessed MC

DID NOT FINISH

Roman is everything you would want in a morally Grey character but I had to DNF at 53%. Isabella really pissed me off. You have known each other for that long and couldn’t have figured out he went after the twins? He’s violent for less reasons like come on. And then setting up that whole date and saying how attractive she is that even her ankles hit the spot but she thinks he is chasing down other women? Can’t do it. She seems to barely even know Roman where as she knows everything and is obsessed with her. Blech to the FMC.

Dnfed but gave it 3 stars . It was an alright read but i had to dnf

writing this while reading it .
( i haven’t finished yet) - but im 53% in and i know its a 3 star book.

roman is alright i dont really feel anything for him.
- isabella is alright but again i dont feel care about either isabella or roman.

- i was expecting something different & that book hasnt delivered on that.

- at some points roman is sweet but on others i am reminded he is an asshole

this book is kinda boring
i dislike that isabella isnt a super strong fmc
- like she is all like what if he doesnt love me in the future and all that. This would be cool & all if this was not a dark romance . i want to see strong fmcs in my dark romances .

when i heard this would be about a man who basically kills her abusive foster family i wasnt expecting it to take up 30% of the book. ( i am enjoying the flashbacks more than the actual present time in the book)

i am 68% in and its like the fmc is i dont know . The way she calls him mickey though . is kinda cute but also not . This books is not what i expected at all. in fact i ended up skipping so many pages because i dont want to read about uninteresting stuff
