Solid premise, cool writing style, but everything fails to tie together in any meaningful way.
Another overpriced, junk novella from Cemetery Dance. It reads like someone sat down and wrote it all in one go and no one ever looked at it again before it was published. I especially couldn't stand the "voice" in which it was written: an unbearably familiar storyteller who constantly strained metaphors and took ten pages to describe action that could have been finished in one. I skimmed most of it and didn't care about any of it.
