Listened to this at 3x speed for a book club and I was on tenterhooks the entire time. Was it a fantasy novel or just a thriller? Who’s the perp- a ghost or humans? I thought the jumping back and forth between timelines would annoy me but I actually found both time frames to be equally gripping.
I like how everything was nearly tied up in a cute little bow at the end. The whole “malevolent ghost is actually the victim/good guy” bit was a bit too obvious but who cares. The story wasn’t even about that anyway.

A mysterious Ghost Story told from two different time periods...60 years apart. This was a good story, somewhat predictable.
Eerie from the first page itself! If I didn't have to adult, I would have finished this in one sitting.
Every single one of her books is so satusfying to read.
I was surprised by how into this one I was. Very well done!
