My favourite thing about Chloe’s writing has to be her love for her characters and how every detail is so thoughtful. I fall in love with all of her characters because of those tiny details. Because of the care she takes to consistently show us each person’s most special parts.

Jamie and Bea are an unlikely but somehow perfect match. I love Bea’s chaotic energy and Jamie’s soft heart. A paediatrician who rescues elderly cats? And then the soup in the freezer? I was done for.

I can’t wait to read about Kate and Jules’ happy endings too!

It was a nice read but the revenge plan and Bea's train of though to help her sister was a bit off the rails. I really couldn't connect with it but understand it from the MCs point of view. Bea and West have great chemistry together. He's adorable and found their connection over chess endearing.
