I would have liked this better if Michael had realized he sucked at the proposal and actually arranged for a sweet, private moment for the two of them. I do love her friendship with Daniella. Other than that, this was a quick fluffy read, something to help the creative juices flow for NaNoWriMo.

It’s hard to do a second romance story about the same couple, but Rebekah Weatherspoon makes it look natural. Mid-level tension and high-level smut abound. Can’t wait for book two!

Since I own all three books, I’m gonna read them, even though I wasn’t a huge fan of the first one. It’s nice to stick with the characters over a longer period of time since you know them and you learn more about them with each book; however, in the end, nothing really happens. Yes, they have their first fight, but it’s resolved within minutes and then they’re all lovey-dovey again.
They travel a lot and he spoils her, but as I’ve already started reading the third one, it’s really hard for me to pin down what storyline happened in which book.

Nice sequel to "So Right" that gives us some more Kayla/Michael time and adds in two cute puppies.
I read this while struggling through the stomach flu and it totally got me through. Weirdo compliment, but compliment nonetheless.

Did anyone really think that I wouldn't have immediately started reading this once I was done with So Sweet? Yeah, I didn't think so. I dove right in after posting about the first book and while Amanda (@talk_about_swoon on IG) did give me a heads up that there was more drama in here than the last, that didn't stop me. One thing about an HEA is that you never see the couple get a real "couple moment" after the HEA. Don't get me wrong, I crave an HEA in my books, but there's just something about seeing a couple having a real moment - where things aren't all rosy, but they work through it. That may not be escapism at its finest - and not what I normally go for - but it was done perfectly in this case. Yup, the third book is on the Kindle waiting for me to open it... Will I wait until morning? We'll see...

I love these ridiculous little books so much. There's no plot and very little conflict. It's mostly just two people being happy together.
