I'll write something up when I read all of them :)
Easy read, enjoyable but nothing spectacular.

I was excited to read this one because my girlfriend had told me it was good.
I really did enjoy it. I was a little confused on a few things but it ended up making sense later in the book. I had at first thought, well he is sure is letting her get away with a lot.
There was one part of the book where she gets stuck in his house because there is a storm and I forgot that when they play it is only on weekends so I had to remind myself that during the week she is herself not his sub.
I liked the relationship, at first I thought wow he is pretty intense and very this is how I want things kinda guy. And most Doms are. BUT there was something about him in particular that had me wondering what was going on because there was a moment where aftercare was needed and not given. I knew then there was more to what is going on where he is concerned.
She was pretty damn good as a sub for it being her first time. I am not sure if that was a good or bad thing since I do not live the lifestyle. I want to believe that a newbie would make a few more mistakes. But I am sure that all one would need is one mistake to get a good punishment and never want to make a mistake again.
I am looking forward to the next book.

I finished this last nigth and from the moment I started the book I was in love. The writer makes you craving more with each page. I was laughing hard by some of the seductive innuendos and had people asking why I was laughing so hard.
There was a time I cried so hard, this book plays with your emotion and makes you fanning yourself and craving certain moments in your lifetime. Thanks for giving me such a wonderful reading experience.
I read a much later book in the series and thought it was ok. I decided to go back and start this one as it is the first book in the series. My library had it as an audiobook so I figured I go that route.
Yeah, no. It was boring TBH. Who knew sex could be tedious. Also the narrator kept pronouncing 'Library" as 'Liberry'
Sigh.

I FINISHED THIS IN ONE DAY..I cant remember when I was able to do that. Although it did capture my attention from the very first paragraph because let me tell you there is no building up to the encounter..Abby is the submissive from the very beginning..I had to flip back to make sure I started from the beginning and up I did. What is it about this "50 Shades of Grey" genre books that just draw me in. I liked this book a lot and I am glad that we get to read from Nathaniel's POV in book 2..Abby the shy librarian and Nat the wealthy CEO are a great couple together and I love his family they are so loving. But Nat can be an a$$ in this book and Abby did the right thing by leaving him but I knew he didn't mean what he said but I dropped my jaw at what he said to her. The arrangement that they came up with at the end will hopefully work out well.
Loved this good, quite a similar tale to 50 shades of grey, but on the contrary, I could NOT put this book down. I don't consider myself much of a reader but I got through this book in 2 days time. COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN. I was moved and fathomed by the love story, and I felt i was on the journey to breaking down Nathanial's walls alongside his submissive and love Abigail. A MUST READ for 50-shades lovers.
I liked this much much much better than 50 Shades. MUCH BETTER.

Not normally something I’d read. However, I was engrossed from the start, felt less erotic and more of a romance in my opinion. It’s something I could see myself rereading in the future and I’ve already been recommending the book to others.
