DNF @p. 127 or put aside I don’t know yet, however, as of now I have no interest of reading this, so I‘m not.

I enjoyed the book for the most part I consider it a 4.5 stars book.

The book's concept surprised me : Alexander the Great and the Diadochi. We didn't study this at school so it was a fun way to learn cool stuff. Also I loved how Hall described the cities. Also my God, Stellan was perfect. He might get on my top of Hot boys of 2015.

What i disliked somewhat was the main character, Avery. She had some strange reactions and equally strange actions. I mean at the end I enjoyed how she acted during the
Spoiler wedding
scene. She was badass. Also her relationship with Jack felt a bit forced, which means team Stellan for the win.

All in all I enjoyed the book, the plot was fantastic, there were a few plot twists and some expected things, but in the end it was a fun book to read.

DNF.

I really enjoyed this, despite it not being my usual genre. In a comparison without any malice (I know it's not always people's favourite book!), it actually really reminded me of The Da Vinci Code, in plot and themes- the similar taking of a real-world concept and twisting it into a new form. I really liked that about this, particularly as I love a good conspiracy theory! I'm not usually one for trilogies, but I think I'm going to have to commit to seeing how this one unfolds. Also, some incredible descriptions of place, that made me really want to visit Istanbul and revisit Paris!

I didn't expect to love this book as much as I did. When is the next one out because I need more ASAP. I love stellan so much, I want to know more about him and his backstory. I find jack boring as hell tbh. The whole avery/jack thing is too instalove and i'm not feeling it. (do they even like each other?? he keeps lying to her??? idk)

Ah, another teen book falling prey to the curse of a love triangle…

Don’t let that fool you!

The Conspiracy of Us was nowhere near what I was expecting. I was expecting a prom queen coming down with symptoms of magic. This was definitely not that. This is an adventure spanning the world.

Eh bah bof hein.
