Riley is hilarious, and Harper is sweet and soft as a baby bird.

This was way too saccharine! But, I was impressed by some of the author’s choices. I felt they were unique!

Definitely one of the top reads so far this year. I loved the story and the characters. This book was so emotional and I loved the hurt/comfort and bi-awakening. I loved every part of this book and could not put it down once I started reading it.

Funnier than I expected!

This looks like a super-angsty book, and there’s some of that with the fallout from having an abusive ex, but Riley was a little ray of sunshine most of the time. Once he got more confidence about navigating the world without sight, his irrepressible humor came through. He was perfect for Harper. Lots of hurt-comfort here but also lots of smiles.

I didn't love this, but I was very into it-like read for 3 hours straight, sleep, wake up, and read for 2 hours straight into it-and then I got to the last 20% and was suddenly so over it. I wish this people well, and I'm glad I learned about VRTs.
