Cuteeeeee! It was sweet how he was always waiting for her and how she had always loved him.

A year ago, I read “The Love Hypothesis” in a day because I just couldn’t put it down. I loved the author’s voice and the story was fantastic. I was so excited to pick this novel up, and it did *not disappoint! I loved every second of it. Levi is adorable and Bee is wonderful. I absolutely loved it! And no, I have to disagree with those saying this is a ‘rinse and repeat’ novel of her first. It’s not. There are some similarities, but I’m such a stand for Ali Hazelwood - those other reviewers can shove it.
So excited to see what she writes next!

Ali Hazelwood can have my whole heart. I need this on my bookshelf to read and reread until the spine is dead and the cover is bent and torn.

This was another really fun read. I really like the authors writing style and the books are so digestible.

Ali has a type and it’s tall, white, buff, huge, with blank yet very emotional conflicting eyes. Compared to the love hypothesis I would rank this one higher. The romance isn’t as swoon worthy as EdenBrooke or some of the other classics but it’s a simple book to occupy time.

This follows Bee, a neuroscientist who is also a women’s right activities as she co-leads with Levi, a brooding guy who she knows from grad school. The love is a love at first sight trope but my biggest beef is the prolonged ignorance that drags out the blooming romance. What makes this book stand out above love hypothesis is the plot. The ending was more than just their romance and although it was predictable it was still quite interesting.

All the characters were unique and interesting enough but my favorites were the RA and side characters. Ali loves making her side characters strong and memorable.

Overall the book was a cute romance book but it wasn’t heart wrenching or worth any thought after the finishing the epilogue. A couple points for an epilogue, I’m a sucker for complete endings.
