I didn't think it would be possible to find a story that so accurately captured my high school experience, but this feel like the closest. Winifred is me and reading her story was like holding little me's hand as we read it together and being able to confidently tell her that everything got better once we got out of high school and learned to love ourselves.

Cute coming of age story, very inclusive and thoughtful about the things we tend to hate ourselves about.

just wasn’t my favorite but i’m sure it would be adorable for others.

The art style isn’t really my thing and I couldn’t reallly connect with the characters, but the friendships and conflict were really well done and I love the adults in this being supportive and responsible.

I remember those dark feelings of teen hood and it is heartbreaking. There is so much going on for these teens.
