A really tense thriller that was not what I expected. Some moments were a little overexplained but it was nice to be along for the ride.

A tough one to rate. I hated all the decisions the main character made, which led me to think it was going one way, only to have it zag on me towards the end. Didn’t love the way it came together, but a worthwhile read.

It was just ok. It would’ve been better if there was some explanation to why he hated his new wife, why get married? But I guess that’s real life. Sometimes you don’t get answers and even if you do they aren’t always satisfying.

Erin mentions in the book about reading outside your comfort zone and I really liked that idea. When I finally joined a book club my favorite part was I started reading books I wouldn’t have chosen. I enjoyed a lot I never thought I would and saw things from different perspectives.
