Honestly no clue how this book got on the bestseller list or Reese’s book club list.. i’m 3/4 the way through and bored out of my mind. It’s so disjointed it’s ridiculous. Wow. Just wow. Can’t even finish it.

First half was pretty poorly written (especially the first chapter... yikes). Once the *Something in the Water* was revealed, it went pretty quickly after that. The main characters weren't relatable and I just got angry at the decisions they were making. The ending was pretty lackluster. There were a lot of opportunities for plot lines to go in good directions but none of them did.
