The pacing was good, but the plot was just too much, and I didn't care for the main character. Between the serial killer and the grizzled cop who flaunts the rules, this book felt like a lot of cliches mashed up together.

I really liked this book! I had most everything figured out at least a few pages (if not whole chapters) before Logan did, but while that's usually really annoying, I found that I was having fun cheering Logan and Sinead on as they tried to figure out what was going on. I enjoyed myself, liked all of the characters, and am thoroughly looking forward to reading the next books.
