I love how confident the main character is in herself. You don't get to see that in many plus sized main female characters! Overall I love Olivia Dade's writing and how fast it goes by even though I'm left wanting more each time I finish a book of hers. Also this ending is so much better than spoiler alerts, I must say.

This one is definitely a slooooow burn. After two books by this author I just think that is her preferred method. I understand why people didn’t finish but they should have finished before writing reviews. I struggled to push through but once I did I was happy with the result. I thought we would get more updates about Marcus and April but that wasn’t the case. I’m a series girl so I knew I would finish the book. I really don’t love the fanfic in between chapters but this book has less of those than the first book in the series, thankfully. I will move on to the next book and thank you read some romance novels that aren’t a slow burn.

I laughed (multiple times; the banter is absolutely phenomenal), I damn near cried, and, overall, I just feel like a big weight has been taken off my shoulders. Like, I'm completely content and warm.
I'm not about to say this is flawless, but the fun I had with it and the way it made me feel cannot be denied anything less than 5 stars.
