Another good one!
I enjoyed Trevia and Nyles's story. Trivia was definitely a character. And the whole thing with Wes was a straight up mess. I kept saying, ' Girl, what were you thinking?!' He tried it, though. I love it when a man is open and honest about his feelings, and that was Nyles from jump. I really liked him.
I love the relationship between Greer, Trevia and Denise. They're all so different, but they get along so well and always have each other's backs.

This series just keeps getting better. The poetry was so beautiful, the couple felt like a modern version of Darius and Nina!

I love me a man who can bend words and Nyles had me at hello! Alexandria knows how to create a man that makes you salivate. I love Trevia’s heart. Despite all the hurt she has endured, she is still a kind soul. Another great one!

I like AH books, but this one was meh. I found it to be a mess but predictable and the plot was almost exactly like the first book. I read her Romey University trilogy first, which was amazing. This series lacks the depth and for every issue, sex is the only resolution which is so unrealistic. I don’t like making things unfinished, so I’ll listen to the last book in this series…eventually.
