Un po' confuso come inizio, un po' troppo superficiale? Vediamo col secondo volume.

Snow White with the Red Hair, is a very cute and cuddly story. It's about Shirayuki, who is drew the attention of the prince from her homeland, who wanted her as a concubine. So she decided to run (good on her!) to the neighboring kingdom.
This book is split up into 3 chapters. The first one is the story of how she meets Zen and how he saves her. Chapter 2 tells a little more about how people from this kingdom and the relationship of Shirayuki and Zen. Chapter 3 is the beginning of the career that Shirayuki is trying to achieve.
The artwork is stunning! I love it. However, the reason for the 3 stars: I feel like there are times that the story skips a little bit too much. It's an extremely adorable story. I wouldn't call it a love story just yet. Maybe it changes in the future. They're protectiveness towards each other seems more familial then romantic at this point. Maybe it'll change, but right now, that's how it feels.

I’m not a frequent manga reader, so I picked this up on a whim. However, I really struggled in following the story and finally decided it wasn’t worth my time.

Read this after absolutely loving the anime series and it's pretty similar in volume 1, it's such a wholesome peaceful read. I will say these vibes are exactly what I love but they're definitely a niche kind of vibe, this series certainly isn't for everyone. If you're looking for a lighthearted, spring read then this is perfect!
