A cute Christmas-y romance novel with an age-gap/friends to lovers/brothers best friend troupe. I love the narrator, but didn’t care for her voice for Gavin’s character. Great for the season!

It was a cute Hallmark-esque Christmas novel. However... the sex scenes did feel a bit overdone for the feel of the story. Every new book doesn't need full blown erotica scenes.
Also, the female narrator was good by herself, but when she did Gavins voice it was so cringey.

This is friends to lovers and second chance tropes done right! I love Meadows' writing- addictive and the perfect amount of steam. We get to know the characters together, but the dual POVs lets us get to know them. I could have done without the epilogues though - all about baby and kids.
