I like the slow burn but I didn’t really like the main character. She  was too insecure about his job and gave some pick me/slut shame vibes.

This was cute! Weird, unique, and cute! Kind of lost me a little near the end and I had to push myself to finish cause I hate leaving books unfinished, but other then that, it was cute. Perfectly enjoyable. You can definitely tell that this is Mariana’s debut though. After reading The Wall of Winnipeg and Kulti, it’s hard to believe this is by the same author! She really improved in her storytelling and I’m excited to read the rest of her shit! It only gets better from here!
