This one of the most beautiful novels I have ever read, which I didn't expect from the synopsis. The way grief, fate, love, guilt is written is so gut wrenching I ended up crying.

A 3.5 star. Started out great and I thought for sure it would be a four star. The middle dragged a little but I liked how the story ended. A lot of the story was tied around fate and it was interesting how everything intertwined. This is the third book I’ve read by this author, the second in less than a month. I hope she puts out another book next year because I will read it! This one is a little more on the heavy side so if you are looking for something light and easy, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Loved this book so much.

Overall this was a 3.75/5 star read. I enjoyed it. It was a cute holiday romance with no spice. Because of some content I would say probably be 15+ to read it. However, it was a little slow for me. Would still recommend it though for sure!

I always enjoy books by Emily Stone and this one was no exception. Holly literally runs into Jack in a coffee shop while on the way to celebrate Christmas with her parents. Minutes later life as she knows it completely changes.

I loved the growing relationship between Holly and Emma. This is really a love story about family and not romantic love. Though there is also romantic love. All in all, a satisfying emotional read.
