Aika tyhjä eikä saanut erityisemmin kiinnostumaan hahmoista kohtaloineen. Rakenne olisi voinut olla toisenlainen. Oli mukavampaa lukea ennen kuin siirtyi rikoksenselvittelyosuuteen, joka on vain yhtä pohtimista. Mutta siis ihan kiva lukeminen oli sadepäiville.

I liked the women in this, they seemed intelligent and decided. The men however were just full of instalove and shallow. The mystery was interesting and I liked that Poirot only appeared by the last half of the novel.

It's a crime thriller and myself had a long break on thrillers.Basically Poirot stories are wonderful Its what I have heard.Like wise it is quite interesting and good to read.While the peaceful life of Laura,Mary,Roddy and Eloner goes on.Roddy and Eloner receives a anonymous Letter that brings every confusion.Aunt Laura dies after her second stroke and Mary comes to his father's funeral and as soon as we have another twist that Mary was poisoned and killed.The way the Poirot Hercule approaches the murder was really embarassing.You might start doubting everyone while he speaks about the opportunity that they had.He won't even think a minute to say to you that you may have done the crime.It doesn't last a month I felt It was that such good one.It gets more interesting while reaching the last few pages.It was a quite interesting book.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to like this Poirot novel, since it was set up very differently from the other ones. There also wasn’t a red herring this time. The ending was done differently this time, and I ended up liking it. I also think everything was very thoroughly wrapped up, and I appreciated that.
