While this was very fast paced it could have used one or two more editing turns on the table, even tho that would have made it longer this book is still nicely done if you can fill in the gaps yourself in your mind while it plays out in your head
Eisley's character felt very wishy washy to me, it was hard to get a good idea of who she is. It also bothered me that stupid Constantine didn't save himself but expected her to?????
90s/00s slasher film vibes lured me in, and the story kept me hooked.
Make sure to read the Rules to Surviving a Slasher it sets you up for the book and how it’s supposed to be fast paced and shit not make sense just like a slasher thriller! Skip this and you could be all judgy….

So this book will not be for everyone. But if you are a true dark romance , taboo horror reader then you will enjoy this. It gave all the vibes of you fav 2000's slasher. These guys were unhinged but I loved it . The cult storyline was a pretty interesting aspect. Check content warnings on this one .
