This was a fun, cozy read to kick off the Christmas reading season for me! We get to read the story from 5 people's perspectives, which gives what sometimes felt like 5 different stories but could also give a little whiplash at times.

The ending was pretty abrupt, so I'm glad I read this after the series has been completed.

This was generally ok. Will I be continuing the series? I’d like to. It was a cute story with lots of Christmas vibes (Christmas in April, I guess?) I felt invested in the storyline and the characters, but it was pretty much without an ending. I know it’s part of a series, so that’s probably why the author chose to leave every storyline open-ended. I’m looking forward to seeing what happens next with the Quinn family!

Was it a little cheesy? Yes. Was it mostly predictable? Yes. Did I gobble it up in half a day totally enthralled? Also yes.
