And that was the moment I realized: when the world felt dark and scary, love could whisk you off to go dancing; laughter could take some of the pain away; beauty could punch holes in your fear.

Emily Henry, what have you done to me? Beach Read is sheer perfect - the book I credit to making me a hopeless romantic. I have never giggled as much as I had while reading the banter between Gus and January, audibly swooned over their tension, and cried over a HEA.

At it's core, Beach Read is an extremely cute and endearing romance I did not want to put down.
