This one was really cool! A) It was primarily all a story from the Infernal Devices time and characters. B) It took a actual historical event and gave a Shadowhunter perspective to it. I liked the idea that Jack the Ripper was actually a demon and not a human being because, well wouldn't that just be nice to think that a human could not actually commit those horrible crimes? Definitely really intriguing!

This is by far the best out of TSA tales. Bec it has TMI and TID huhuhu. All my fave people. Simon, Jace, Tessa, Will, Jem, Gabriel, Cecily, Jessamine, little James and Lucie. The otps. Huhuhu. The sarcastic Herondale jokes. Wessa as parents. Jem and Jessamine being their protectors omg.
Jace x Simon moments. Will x Gabriel moments. Jem x Tessa x Will. A little sizzy in the end. I KENT! I exploded with feeeeeeeels everywhere....

I loved the mixing of history with the reality of the Shadowhunters. Wouldn't it be nice if it turned out all of the most horrible things committed by humans was actually somehow connected with the acts of actual demons?
So...I just read that in one siting. I really shouldn't be surprised. I read one of the Lunar Chronicles novellas in one sitting...Anyway, this was so great! The flashbacks were perfect I just wish we saw Sophie and Gideon. But I understand if they wanted space from everyone else in that point and time. I like how Jace and Simon have finally put the Tessa, Will, Jem puzzle pieces together. I love Wiggles! I hope the rest are like this!

Jace and Tessa all in one story. I loved when Tessa was talking about Jack the Ripper and we got to see more of their lives after Clockwork princess. Also the sizzy feels towards the end just about killed me, I love where all of these stories are going ohmygod I'm just getting more and more hyped for Shadowhunters to finally premiere.
All of the TID feels πππ I forgot how much those characters mean to me. Loved getting a glimpse into their life together and it made me so excited for Chain of Gold to come out! I also LOVE Victorian London and any spin on Jack the Ripper so this was amazing!
