Cute enemies to lovers story, some cat content (literally), office romance, smarty pants. As a current PhD student I also really appreciated the content against GRE! Super enjoyable
Wish we got a little more of Levi’s backstory. Honestly would read another book about these two characters!
Definitely will be reading more Ali Hazelwood!
Moderate: Sexism, Gun violence, and Death of parent

And yet I ate this up. I’m sorry, Ali Hazelwood has a hold on me. She writes love stories that I should hate but instead make me cry/give me butterflies and it might not be great literature but believe me, I enjoyed this IMMENSELY.

I was told to read this book because it has two vegan MCs, and I probably have only read a handful of other fiction books with a vegan character ever in my life. But I could tell that Hazelwood is likely not vegan herself, so some things seemed a bit stereotypical to me.
Queer side character rep. Bee's lab assistant Rosio (sp? I did audio) was honestly my fav character.
🌶️3.5/5 (this spice wasn't my fav)
